Terms and Conditions
- All animals boarding must be vaccinated. Failure to produce evidence may delay or cancel your booking. (Dogs must be vaccinated for canine distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis AND Canine Cough (AKA Kennel Cough). Cats must be vaccinated against feline panleukopenia, 'enteritis' and feline respiratory disease 'snuffles'. Vaccinations expire so please check your pet is 'Current' at time of arrival. (See our FAQ page for a detailed explanation of vaccination requirements).
- Please ensure your cat/dog has had up to date flea/worm treatment. If treatment is deemed necessary during the stay the cost will be added to your bill.
- We accept your animal on the basis that it is in good health and condition, and you have disclosed to us everything we should know about your pet on booking, and on arrival.
- We will seek veterinary attention for your pet if we consider it necessary, If your animal becomes ill and you cannot be contacted the appropriate treatment will be decided by a veterinarian. Any expenses incurred will be paid by the Pet's owner
- Aggressive dogs, and excessive barkers will not be accepted (inform us before booking if your dog falls into these categories! - Failure to do so may result in your booking being terminated mid stay with the dog boarded off site, at your expense, until you can return ).
- You are very welcome to leave blankets & toys, etc. for your Pet. We will take every care with bedding and toys but cannot guarantee their return.
- You may pick up or drop off your Pet in our opening hours 8-10am and 4-6pm. Drop-off and Pick-up out of our normal hours is a very limited emergency arrangement only. This is a council requirement issued as part of a 'Kennel' consent.
- Payment is required in full when collecting your Pet. Deposits may be requested for bookings in peak times. Payment by invoice is strictly by arrangement only. Late payment may incur interest and rescind any discounts offered.
- Although every care is taken while your Pet is with us we cannot accept responsibility in any respect of an animal whilst it is under our care. All animals are left at the owner's risk. Only Dogs / Cats from the same household can share a Room.
- Management requires an emergency contact if you are unavailable by phone. This contact must know your full wishes if your Pet was to need any veterinary attention and be able to uplift your pet if required.
- Boarding prices may alter since your booking, we normally give a long lead in time if prices alter. The price payable would be the new price.
- Pets not collected on the arranged date may need to be relocated to another private facility if we are fully booked. The extra cost (Travel / Time and their fee) for this will be at the Pets owners expense.
